Completely Electrical

You have 496 five star reviews, one of the most reviewed electricians in Perth. You don't appear in search for Huntingdale, your own suburb.

The goal

Most Perth electrical businesses your size sit between $30k and $100k a month. If the goal is holding $100k consistently rather than riding the season, this is about the gap between those two numbers.

What we found

1

100 people a month search "electrician Huntingdale". You don't rank for it, your own suburb.

Ahrefs, Australia, checked 14 September 2026: "electrician huntingdale", 100 searches/month. Your entire website is 38 URLs and you have zero pages for Huntingdale, Gosnells, Thornlie or any of the roughly 20 southern suburbs you name on your home page. You already rank #1 for "electrician gosnells" off a single page with a suburb list on it.

What it costs: You call yourself Perth's South Side electrician and there's nothing on your site for Google to show anyone searching for an electrician in your own suburb.

The fix: Build 5 real suburb pages, starting with Huntingdale. You already proved the formula works in Gosnells with almost nothing behind it.

Your credentials section still has the placeholders in it

Under a heading promising "Verified Credentials", your site currently reads: License: EC #xxxxx (WA Electrical Contractor) Public Liability: $20M cover (TBC) "Member of Master Electricians AU, to be confirmed." Your real licence, EC14219, sits in the footer of the same page.

What it costs: A customer about to spend four thousand dollars checks the licence number and reads "xxxxx" and "to be confirmed". The section built specifically to close the trust gap is currently the one that opens it.

The fix: Put EC14219 in, confirm the insurance figure or remove the line, and use one ABN consistently. Ten minutes.

You're advertising 441 reviews. You actually have 496.

Checked 14 September 2026: your live Google listing shows 496 reviews. Your own hero and credentials block show 441. Your TrustIndex section shows 450. Every figure you publish is lower than the truth. At 496 you're 40 to 60 reviews from third most-reviewed electrician in Perth.

What it costs: You're in a race where the review count is the scoreboard, and you're publishing a score 55 points below your real one on every comparison a customer makes.

The fix: Pull the count live from Google so it updates itself and shows 496, not 441.

Your Google listing sends people to your job software, not your website

Your Google Business Profile currently lists two websites: servicem8.com (your job management software) AND completelyelectrical.net.

What it costs: Some proportion of people who tap "Website" on your Google listing land on a software vendor's site instead of yours, at the exact moment they'd already chosen you.

The fix: Remove servicem8.com from the website field on your Google listing. Two minutes.

Who we've helped: We recently helped Daniel from Nexus Electrical Co, a Perth electrician, with his Meta ad content and website landing pages. Real result: 16 leads at $41.57 cost per lead in his first campaign month.

Hey, thanks for taking a look at the audit.

I only spent about half an hour on your digital presence and found these four things. They're not the biggest issues out there, but they all add up to how you rank and how you show up online.

If you want to go deeper, I'd love to take a proper look at your paid ads, specifically Google and Meta, and hear a bit about your business and where you want to take it, whether there's a revenue number you're chasing. We specialise in Perth service businesses, tradies and schools included.

If any of this is worth a conversation, send me a message below and I'll give you a call.

Thanks,
Chris
